With Thanksgiving (November 27-29) and Winter Break (December 20 – January 10) approaching, it is a good time to begin making travel plans and setting expectations for your student’s return home. Questions to consider include:
- When are they coming home? (arrival and departure)
- Are they bringing a friend or significant other with them?
- Will they fly or drive?
- How will they get to and from the airport?
- Will they work during the break?
- Are there important dates/time commitments that they/you need to be aware of?
- How are their grades in this semester’s classes?
- Have they registered for next semester yet?
